Mark drafts clearly
Use "DRAFT" at low opacity (20–30%) and the default 45° rotation so reviewers instantly know a document isn't final, without obscuring the text underneath.
Protect confidential reports
A diagonal "CONFIDENTIAL" watermark discourages casual redistribution of internal reports and legal documents shared outside your organization.
Use Tile mode for stronger coverage
If a single diagonal stamp is easy to crop out of a screenshot, switch to Tile mode to repeat the watermark across the entire page in a grid.
Match your brand or use case
Adjust color and text freely — company name, "SAMPLE," "DO NOT DISTRIBUTE," or a project codename all work the same way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The same text, size, color, opacity, and rotation are applied to every page of the PDF in one pass. There is currently no option to watermark only a subset of pages.
Not yet — this version supports text watermarks only (for example CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, or your company name). Image or logo watermarking may be added in a future update.
That depends on your settings. Lower opacity and a diagonal rotation (the default) keep the underlying content readable. Use the live preview to check page 1 before downloading — if it looks right there, it will look the same on every other page.
Not with this tool. The watermark is drawn permanently into the page content, the same way most watermarking tools work. Keep a copy of your original file if you might need an unmarked version later.
